Return & Refund Policy

At Walrus – Yes India Can, we deal in fabrics, yarn, apparel and textile-related products. Due to the nature of textile products, return and refund eligibility depends on product type, order type and condition of goods received.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted only in the following cases:

The wrong product was delivered.
The wrong color or item was delivered compared to the confirmed order.
The product was received in damaged condition.
The product has a clear manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return:

Cut fabric.
Washed, used, altered or damaged products.
Custom GSM, custom color, custom fabric or custom production orders.
Bulk orders made or packed specifically for the customer.
Products purchased during clearance, special offer or limited-time pricing unless damaged or wrongly delivered.
Products with shade variation, GSM variation or DIA variation within normal textile tolerance.

Textile Variation Disclaimer

Fabric shade, GSM, DIA, texture and feel may slightly vary between batches, screen display, lighting conditions and production lots. Minor variation is normal in textile products and will not be treated as a defect.

Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving the order. The request must include:

Order number
Customer name and phone number
Clear photos/videos of the product
Unboxing video, wherever possible
Reason for return request

Condition for Return

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in original packing condition. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.

Refund Approval

Refunds are processed only after our team inspects the returned product and confirms that the return is valid. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or through another agreed method.

Refund Time

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on the bank, payment provider or payment method.

Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our mistake, such as wrong product or damaged product, we may bear or reimburse the return shipping cost after verification. If the return is requested for any other reason and accepted by us, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

No Refund for Used Products

No refund or exchange will be provided for used, washed, stitched, altered, damaged or resold products.
